KC Tennisco, Victoria's Youth Commissioner, is an active Rover Scout, Venturer Scout Advisor and Trainer. She is a Queen's Venturer and recipient of the Silver Duke of Edinburgh Award, continuing to work toward the Duke of Edinburgh Gold level. She is the past Council Youth Commissioner for Cascadia Counucil and the past Area Youth Commissioner for Central Okanagan.
