Required Registration Documents
Three copies of the Cascadia Registration Coversheet with all the names of those forms brought into Scout House.
Please ensure all forms are signed in the proper place by the parent and, for Volunteers, by the Group Commissioner.
Registrars also should arrive with a blank Group cheque, which will then be filled out at Scout House when the amount is confirmed.
