Girls and Boys ages 9 - 12 years
If you love the outdoors you will really LOVE Camp Barnard Wilderness Adventures. Be ready for a week of FUN, ADVENTURE and Wacky Good Times.
You will learn many outdoor skills such as, but not exclusive to, fire lighting; shelter building; outdoor cooking; archery; orienteering; trip planning & hiking; and leadership skills. There are many many games, crafts, campfires with songs & skits, and night time games!
- August 7-12 and August 14-19 –choose from two 6-day camps
- Arrival Time: 3-4pm on Sunday
- Pick up Time: 1-2pm on Friday
- Camp Fees: $285 for Scout members, $315 for non-Scout members
- Camp Barnard is located on beautiful Young Lake near Sooke (3202 Young Lake Road, Sooke, BC, V9Z 0J6
Campers will participate in and learn the essential skills for wilderness camp experience - Canoeing, Swimming, Archery, Fire Lighting, Shelter Building, Outdoor Cooking, Orienteering, crazy, wacky Games, Night time Exploration and much, much MORE!
